Happy Friday!

Yesterday, I had a chat with one of my clients who runs a few physiotherapy clinics here in Calgary. We were talking business, and I asked her if she had seen an uptick in clients over the past few months.

This past weekend I have been honoured to spend time with my wife’s aunt who is in town competing in the Canadian Masters National Swimming Championships.
