Terms of Service

Each transaction may have variable terms of service based on the program, service, package, and agreement.

Some standard Terms include:

  • Cancellation:
    • Individual appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy (late cancellations may be forfeited)
    • Speaking engagement cancellation within 60 days of event forfeits deposit (50% of fee), 30 days or less forfeits entire fee, unless other arrangements or rescheduling occur.
  • Confidentiality:
    • Strict confidentiality as outlined in the ICF (International Coaching Federation) Charter is maintained for all client communications and coaching/consulting engagements.
  • Ethics:
    • As an ICF certified coach, Tim and his team are bound by strong ethical principles
  • Respect, Diversity, and Inclusion
    • Tim and his team value respectful, inclusive workplaces where diversity of people, thought, opinion, and background thrive. We do not tolerate disrespect or discrimination of any kind and will actively call out and address instances that come to our attention. We strive to work with organizations that value that in their own people and the companies they work with.

Corporate Coaching and Consulting

Each contract will have a service agreement with formal T&C based on the scope of work. Depending on the nature of the engagement, this may also include a Master Services Agreement.

Private Coaching

Prior to commencing coaching, each client will sign a coaching service agreement outlining scope, length of engagement, terms, pricing, cancellation, and other related details.

Speaking Engagements

Tim has a standard speaking agreement with simple T&C that is agreed upon and signed prior to booking times in his schedule. Some details may vary based on the scope of the engagement and needs of the client.

Miscellaneous Products, Services, and Special Events 

Specific details will be customized to the product, service, or event being offered.
